  Worst experience I’ve had at a store in a long time. No customer loyalty even when I asked to talk to the GM. Needed a battery replacement since my phone was in poor shape (battery recall). Had to wait over a month and they made me wait 3 hours to replace the battery when I brought my phone in. I told the GM I was going to post this poor review with their poor service level.
