  The Bellevue Store manager, Tina Beilicke, is very unreasonable. We ordered some furniture with them back in August and only the sofa + a chair (both are quick ship units) are delivered so far (as of End of Sep). We were concerning about the sofa because it is not deep enough. We went to the shop and asked for the option of returning the sofa + chair while we still could. These are quick ship unit and they told us that we could return within 30 days. Then we were shocked. Ethan Allen claims that normal furniture could return within 30 days, and custom ordered furniture could not return. Their so called quick ship unit are considered customized order, and therefore not eligible for return. They claim that the fabric is customized for the customer's need and therefore it is custom order. But the quick ship unit were shipped to us with a few weeks, which means the furniture was in stock by the time we placed order. Well, following her logic, everything should be customized, even the order sheet itself. Also, we placed order in July 30, and their paper work says estimated delivery date is Oct 17. Now it is already Oct 27 and we did not hear any thing from them, in either form of email or phone call, with a new estimated delivery date. We paid premium for the product, we got only the lowest service quality. I am sorry but that is really an extremely bad experience. I would not recommend purchase from them any more.

  The Bellevue Store manager, Tina Beilicke, is very unprofessional. She provided the incorrect price. But she blamed her staff and questioned her client was being unreasonable. Terrible experience!!!!!

  The furniture is a mix of modern and contemporary. I think it would be best described as country style. A lot of variety. It really depends on what style your looking for.
