  Our experience: Very lazy/sloppy service... 1. First challenge: "try to reach us if you can" They won't return calls (called 10+ times). 2. Second challenge: "try to get your estimate from us if you can" If you get very lucky and somebody will come for an estimate (I believe we got Rob Ledbury) - you will not receive the estimate. They won't call ( Rob didn't returned our phone calls and messages about an estimate), they simply won't send the estimate to you. This is lousy way to do business. Not recommending Fireside Home Solutions to friends and family members.
