  When my husband proposed to me for the second time, he brought family diamonds from his grandmother, mother, and great aunt; along with an appointment with Green Lake jewelers. What an opportunity to be immersed in the design process from start to finish. Ben, and the entire team of craftsmen; along with ease of use of their website, made the experience extraordinary.   My experience with Green Lake was 100% positive from beginning to end. I had a time restriction that Mitch was willing to work with, but that was longer than their normal lead time for a custom ring. My designer, Mitch, was energetic and helpful and knowledgeable. When I didn't find the center stone I wanted, Mitch made calls to find exactly what I wanted and then had the lady he spoke with pull the stone and check it herself to make sure it was eye-clean and sparkly. Even when I was unhappy with the initial renderings and wanted some fairly large changes made (sorry again, Mitch!) everyone was very polite and very helpful. And even with the original time restriction AND me wanting to change virtually the entire ring half way through AND adding in some extra tooling/cuts we hadn't discussed before, these people still were able to get my ring to me not just on time, but a full 3 days early! And the prices were much more than fair, even for a custom ring. I was never very happy about going to a larger store to begin with... Everything felt or looked cheap, or was ridiculously expensive. Green Lake presents itself like any other higher end jewelry store, but has the personable and comfortable feel of a smaller, family - owned type of business (which I believe they are, actually). I had been to every other large chain (Shane, Jared, Ben Bridge and Robbins Brothers) more than once and was sold on Green Lake shortly into my first visit. Everyone seemed just as excited as I was to design and make a custom ring that my fiance would love. Thank you all very much for making this such a great experience for me, and for making such a fantastic ring for my fiance!

  I couldn't be more thrilled with our experience with picking out a diamond & designing my wedding ring. Kathy & Brant made the entire process easy & fun, from the first time we stepped in the store until we picked up my amazing treasure. They kept us updated on every step & were very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be coming back! Sue & Steve
