  I am a nurse and abuse my back in a daily basis. I'm glad I found this store. I can not share enough how wonderful the customer service and product knowledge these guys have. Tom and Rob were helpful, not pushy and gave me time to make my decision. I got an excellent product at an even better price. Very positive experience. Will be recommending to family friends and co-workers. Thanks!

  The staff (agent and owner) were very friendly and patient, taking the time to explain and guide us through the various choices. Ultimately, they were able to provide a very competitive offer. To us, choosing a mattress and bed is a big and critical decision, and we couldn't do better than buying them at a local store, for the the same price as available online, with people who know who we are and who are committed to our satisfaction. Later we had no problems replacing our pillows. We feel we made the right choice in choosing this store and are very happy with our new mattress. We were also pleased with the delivery and assembly crew, who arrived on time and made sure to leave a clean room with a perfectly assembled bed.
