I found Tracy on Google and drove to her home not knowing that this was her home. She wasn't there so I called and left a message. She immediately returned my message about five minutes later and said she had just got home and that she normally makes appointments because her businesses is ran out of her home but that she would love to have me come over right away if I was still in the area. I went over immediately and parked in her driveway. When she answered the door she let me know that she prefers if you park on the other side of her home where there is another driveway. I didn't see this driveway as it is off of the adjacent street which I never drove by. She led me to her office and had me change into my bridesmaid's dress in her private dressing room with a curtain. When she realized I forgot my bridesmaid shoes she said there was nothing that she could do and that I would need to go get them and then come back but informed me that she had so much work to do on the dress that it would cost me "AT LEAST $300 but PROBABLY MORE" I told her I wouldn't be able to come back then because there's no way that I would spend that kind of money on hemming this bridesmaid dress. She said "good luck finding it cheaper somewhere else. I know I'm not the least expensive but I'm also not the most expensive either. There's a lot of work that I have to do on this dress, it's 2 sizes too big" Too, my daughter had a very simple bridesmaid dress that needed a simple alteration of only 7 inches taken off the bottom and she quoted me $70 for this. I personally can't recommend her because obviously I never had the alteration done here so I can't vouch for her work. But, she was also not understanding or sympathetic in how unhappy and shocked I was with the price. She was very confident that "at least $300 but probably more" was a good price for the work she would have to do. I obviously disagree with her. I also see it good practice for her to recommend somewhere else to go if she knows that I'm totally unwilling to spend that kind of money for her services. Knowing that she's aware that she is not the cheapest or the most expensive, she certainly could have recommended to me a cheaper place to go. I would recommend Lien's alterations just down the street who is ultimately who I ended up getting my alteration done through. She charged me $170 to do the work and did a perfect job on the dress. She charged me $40 for my daughters dress. You can check my review on Liens Alterations on Google.

I'm the bride that looks for a tailor 3 weeks before her wedding day. Tracey is perfect, she didn't judge that I waited til last minute like a few others. She is reasonably priced and I had my gown in a week. In a nut shell, my gown is perfect, she is amazing and very time efficient! So hapoy
